Jurisprudence-analysing working groups

The Curia of Hungary, in order to harmonise the administration of justice within the Hungarian judiciary, operates jurisprudence-analysing working groups which have the duty to analyse practices in the administration of justice and to prepare non-binding summary opinions on the result of their investigation. The topics to be investigated are determined annually by the President of the Curia.

The jurisprudence-analysing working groups have so far addressed and prepared summary opinions in the following issues:
